Bearings

Ball bearings are very versatile and suitable for high and very high speeds. They can carry radial and axial loads in both directions and require only minimal maintenance.

Slewing ball bearings have two rows of balls, one in the outer ring and two deep continuous rings in the inner one.

Angular contact bearings have the orbits of the inner and outer rings offset from one another in the direction of the bearing axis. They are suitable for carrying combined radial and axial loads.

Roller bearings are manufactured in many designs, series and sizes. The main design differences between roller bearings lie in the number of rows of rolling elements and the type of cage (w/ cage, w/o cage and special designs)

Needle roller bearings contain rollers whose diameters are small compared to their lengths. The modified profile of the rolling elements and the ring prevents stress peaks and extends the service life of the bearing.

Spherical roller bearings tilt just like slewing ball bearings or CARB toroidal roller bearings. They are able to carry significant radial and axial loads in both directions.

Tapered roller bearings have tapered pathways on the inner and outer rings. They are therefore suitable for carrying combined loads.

Thrust ball bearings are manufactured as one-way or two-way. They are designed for the transmission of axial loads only and must not be subjected to radial loads.

Thrust roller bearings are designed for large axial and impact loads. They must not be subjected to any radial loads. The bearings are very rigid and require only a small axial space.

Insert bearings (Y-bearings) are basically ball bearings with series 62 and 63 seals, but have a rounded surface on the outer ring.

Spherical roller thrust bearings have specially designed pathways and are equipped with asymmetric spherical rollers. The bearings can carry axial loads acting in one direction and radial loads at the same time.

Axial needle roller bearings are equipped with a shape-stable cage for reliable holding and guiding of a large number of needle rollers. They provide a high degree of rigidity in a minimal axial space.

They enable multi-directional tilting and swinging movements at low sliding speeds. They are suitable for large loads in changing directions. We offer both axial and radial spherical plain bearings, with both articulated heads and angular joints.

Upright, flanged, cast iron, sheet metal or plastic bearing bushings for mounting single-row "Y" type ball bearings.

The freewheel (unidirectional bearing) is part of many devices where it is necessary to transmit force in only one direction. The freewheels can be grooved or ungrooved. They are used for various applications. For example, as idling mechanisms, one-way drives with backstop or suspension stepping devices.

Plain bearings (slide bearings) are used in many industries and in a number of applications where oscillating movements and possible misalignment needs to be addressed, while maintaining reliability and cost-effectiveness. Applications range from mining, construction, agriculture and forestry machinery to forklifts, as well as solar power equipment.
