Guide rods
Guide rods are an essential part of linear guide systems with ball bushings. Linear sets or ball bushings move along the guide rods.
Guides
Guides consist of a guide rail or guide profile and guide rollers. The rollers are in most cases mounted on the carriages of the guide.
Linear guide systems
Linear guide systems are complete units consisting of an aluminum or cast iron bushing and a ball bushing. A number of designs are available. We divide these linear guide systems into closed and open, standard, notched, flanged (for use on linear rods with support) categories.
Profile Rail Linear Guides
High accuracy, rigidity, compact dimensions and availability in several dimensional variants are among the basic features of a linear guide. All types of linear guides are available in two variants: with balls guided in a plastic cage or as a standard guide without the cage.
Ball and roller bushings
Ball bushings, or linear bearings, are an essential part of a linear guide with guide rods and ball bushings. The linear ball bushing uses the recirculating movement of rolling elements - balls. It consists of an outer cylinder (bushing) and a cage that controls the circulation of the balls, which leads to smooth linear movement.
Ball screws
Ball screws are structural elements of moving devices that convert rotary motion into rectilinear motion with high efficiency. They have high rigidity, accuracy and durability. In the groove between the shaft and the nut, the balls roll and ensure minimal friction. They have significantly higher efficiency (up to 98%) and lower required torque, which saves the energy of the driving motor.
Rod mounting and supports
Supports and attachments for round guide rods save design and assembly time and significantly simplify the installation of guide rods. Compact foot or flange supports are used for easy attachment of rods. They are made of cast iron or aluminum.
Torque shafts
Torque shafts, sometimes called spline shafts, are a linear guide system for transmitting force loads and torque. The NB torque shafts consist of a splined shaft and a nut with integrated ball circulation.

Rotary linear bushings
The rotary linear bushing provides rotary and linear motion functions. Linear motion with unlimited stroke and rotary motion are combined into one bushing, which results in great space saving compared to a combination of conventional bearings.
